Tyreek Hill has secured a legal victory in his ongoing court battle with OnlyFans model and social media influencer Sophie Hall, who is suing the NFL star over an alleged incident that left her with a broken leg.
According to reports, a judge recently denied Hall’s request to force Hill to undergo a court-mandated psychological examination as part of the case.
The Alleged 2023 Incident
The lawsuit stems from an alleged incident that took place in the summer of 2023 at Hill’s Florida mansion. Hall, 36, claims the 31-year-old free-agent wide receiver broke her right leg during a backyard football drill.
According to her account, Hill asked her to rush against him in a one-on-one defensive line versus offensive line workout. Hall says she managed to shove the Super Bowl champion backwards during the drill, which she claims embarrassed him.
She alleges that when they switched roles and Hill rushed toward her, he “charged her violently and with great force” in a fit of anger, causing the injury that left her with a badly fractured right leg.

Hill had a ‘documented history of violent behavior,’

Request for Psychological Examination
During the legal proceedings, Hall’s attorneys filed a motion in December asking the court to require Hill to undergo a psychological exam with a licensed psychologist.
They argued that evaluating Hill’s mental state, aggression, and culpability was “critical” to the case. The filing claimed Hill had a “documented history of violent behavior,” including alleged issues related to anger management, impulse control, and aggression.
According to the motion, Hill’s alleged actions during the incident were “intentional, reckless, and consistent with a longstanding pattern of anger and aggression toward others, particularly women.” The filing also stated that his mental and emotional state at the time of the alleged incident was directly relevant to determining liability.

Hill’s Legal Response
Hill’s legal team pushed back against the request, arguing that Hall’s attorneys failed to provide sufficient justification for forcing the athlete to undergo such an examination.
In their response, Hill’s lawyers described the request as a “completely baseless intrusion” into his mental state.
Judge Denies Motion
Judge David Haines ultimately ruled in Hill’s favor, denying Hall’s request for a court-ordered psychological evaluation.
The decision marks a rare legal victory for the NFL star in the ongoing dispute.
Case Headed to Trial
The case is scheduled to go to trial this month. Hall is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 for claims including assault, negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
The legal battle continues as both sides prepare to present their arguments in court.
